Location: This is a fully on-site role based in Coral Springs or Boca Raton, Florida

. Paralegals work in-office to stay closely connected to attorneys and case flow.

Note: This role requires proven experience managing approximately 120 active pre-suit personal injury files and a demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume workload.

• Manage a high-volume pre-suit personal injury caseload (approximately 120 active files)
• Drive cases from intake through settlement with minimal oversight
• Maintain consistent client communication and expectations
• Request, review, and organize medical records and bills
• Prepare and submit demand packages
• Track treatment, liability, damages, and settlement negotiations
• Coordinate closely with attorneys to move files efficiently toward resolution
• Meet productivity and settlement benchmarks in a performance-driven environment

• Proven experience as a personal injury pre-suit paralegal
• Demonstrated ability to manage 100+ active PI files at one time
• Must have contributed to or supported $3 million or more in gross settlements within the past 12 months
• Strong understanding of the full pre-suit lifecycle of PI cases
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a high-expectation environment
• Stable work history (no pattern of multiple one-year roles)
