Breit Biniazan is looking for a driven Associate Attorney to join our Phoenix office and help us fight for real people in high-stakes personal injury and consumer protection cases. If you want to try cases, develop as a courtroom advocate, and make a tangible impact for clients who need a champion, this is the place to do it.

An attorney with 1–5 years of civil litigation experience — or a candidate coming from criminal law, clerkships, or government work — with a hunger to do meaningful plaintiff-side advocacy. You’re a strong writer, confident communicator, disciplined worker, and committed to getting exceptional results for clients.

• Handle serious personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Work directly with partners on strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial prep.
• Take on increasing responsibility quickly in a team that values initiative, precision, and grit.
