Litigation Attorney

Struck Love Acedo, PLC, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is for an attorney ready to be a key player from day one. You will work closely with a lead partner handling a fast-paced caseload and be entrusted with:

• Lead Discovery and Motion Practice:
  Develop and execute comprehensive case strategies, drafting compelling pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs for complex civil litigation and high-profile class action defense.
• Direct Client Counseling:
  Advise attorneys general, corporate general counsel, and agency policymakers on legal compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic procedural development.
• Trial & Hearing Advocacy:
  Take an important role in depositions, motion hearings, and trial preparation, demonstrating exceptional advocacy skills.
• Case Management:
  Oversee all phases of the litigation lifecycle and driving cases toward a positive and efficient resolution.

The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record, a commitment to excellence, and the following qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in civil defense, commercial litigation, or government defense. Federal court experience is a strong plus.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Bar Membership:
  Active member in good standing with the State Bar (AZ or PA preferred).

  Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. You must have demonstrable experience with strategic motion practice and deposition preparation.
