We are seeking a skilled and strategically-minded litigation attorney to join our growing practice in Phoenix. This role is designed for an experienced litigator who thrives on developing innovative case strategies, solving complex legal problems, and managing sophisticated civil matters with minimal oversight. You will work closely with clients to analyze their legal challenges from multiple angles, anticipate opposing counsel's moves, and craft winning arguments through thoughtful research and persuasive writing.

The ideal candidate is analytical, independent, and intellectually curious—someone who enjoys dissecting complex issues, identifying patterns, and building logical frameworks that lead to successful outcomes for our clients.

• Manage complex litigation matters from consultation and inception through resolution, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic legal analysis and practical guidance
• Collaborate with partners and a high-performing support team to ensure efficient, high-quality outcomes
• Draft, review, or advise on contracts and related transactional matters when appropriate to support litigation strategy or client business needs

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
• Approximately 6+ years of complex civil litigation experience, with the ability to manage matters independently from inception through resolution
• Strong legal research and writing skills, including experience drafting substantive and dispositive motions, pleadings, and memoranda
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and case strategy development
• Strong communication skills and sound professional judgment
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and effectively

Annual Salary: 165,. Bonus:
