We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality legal services to protected persons, families, trustees, personal representatives, and fiduciaries throughout Arizona. • Communicate with clients, witnesses, attorneys, court personnel, physicians, fiduciaries, and care facilities.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files.
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation and hearings as needed.
Qualifications
  • A certificate of completion from a paralegal program approved by the American Bar Association is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of pre-litigation and litigation paralegal experience (probate preferred).
  • Substantive knowledge of the litigation process and rules of procedure. Specific knowledge and experience with the Arizona Rules of Probate Procedure, and Arizona Revised Statutes titles 14, 36, and 46 is ideal, but not required.
  • Strong drafting and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with Arizona e-filing systems.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and cases simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and sensitivity when working with vulnerable populations.

  • Optional life and disability insurance.
  • Bonus pay based on productivity and firm profitability.
  • 401(k) with employer contributions and profit-sharing plan (upon meeting certain eligibility requirements).
