Our paralegals are supported by a team of administrative assistants who handle calendaring, mail, minute entries, and transmittals, so they can focus on working the case and growing their legal acumen. Paralegals need support, too, and we ensure they are provided with it.

At Cantor, your work will matter every single day.

• Competitive Compensation:
  From $80,000/year or more, depending on experience. Plus, $1,250 per quarter average bonus.

• Time off: 30 paid days off annually. 10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and five personal/sick days.
• Loyalty vacation program:
  Earn one additional day each year (for five years), and milestone bonuses on major anniversaries.

  Cantor Law Group covers 50% of the base plan in your first year and 100% after.

• Hybrid Environment:
  Paralegals work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Following their 90-day probationary period, paralegals have the option to work one day remotely each week. Many choose to, while others prefer the panoramic views of the Phoenix skyline from our penthouse suite and multiple floors in the prestigious Two Renaissance Tower Downtown, where employees enjoy endless snacks, drinks, employee lounges, and restaurants in the building and within walking distance.
