Associate General Counsel

Overview

The Sr. Director, Associate General Counsel reports to the Stellarus VP, Chief Legal Officer. This is a senior legal advisor role with the opportunity to collaborate directly with business, product, technology and operations leaders while advising on the growth and evolution of the company. You will have primary responsibility for drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, along with advising on strategic initiatives, partnerships and alliances, and governance issues.

The Stellarus legal team partners with the company's leadership team to provide legal and strategic guidance across key priorities of the company. Successful candidates will be able to blend legal expertise, thought partnership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to craft viable solutions for a high-growth company along with efficient execution.

• Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Advise on strategic initiatives, partnerships and alliances, and governance issues.
• Collaborate with business, product, technology and operations leaders to provide legal guidance aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with the leadership team to deliver legal and strategic guidance across key company priorities, ensuring practical and efficient execution.
