Legal Counsel, Lawyer
Frazier Law, PLLC--a growing, entrepreneurial business law firm--is seeking a highly qualified Senior Associate or Of Counsel attorney with 2-10 years of experience to join our firm’s general litigation and outside general counsel practices. Candidates must have a strong foundation in business litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including significant experience in motion practice and depositions.
Candidates should have experience and be comfortable with direct client exposure, including acting in an outside general counsel role. Experience working with closely held businesses and serial entrepreneurs is a plus. Excellent communication and leadership skills, intellectual curiosity, action‑oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility, and a commitment to professional improvement and exceptional client service are fundamental. Given our desire to retain junior attorneys for long, fulfilling careers, and the importance of business development to professional advancement, it is highly beneficial, although not necessary, for applicants to have an existing, portable book of business, even if modest.
Compensation is negotiable depending on a candidate’s experience, desired workload, and willingness to “bet” on himself/herself (e.g., tying part of compensation to business development), but could range from $170,000 - $300,000/year.
Candidates must be active members of and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
At present, Frazier Law, PLLC is a virtual law firm that maintains a physical “virtual office” for mailing, meeting room, and related purposes. Accordingly, team members are expected to work virtually. If Frazier Law, PLLC does lease or buy office space, it intends to implement a flexible “hybrid” work model for its full-time team members.
Frazier Law, PLLC is not working with an outside recruiter for this position.
Frazier Law, PLLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
