Dead Serious About Your Career? So Are We — Join DM Cantor Estate and Probate Practice, Arizona’s Top Estate and Probate Legal Team
At DM Cantor Estate and Probate Practice, we understand that everyone dies — but not everyone plans for it. While most people avoid thinking about death, we don’t shy away from the end. We prepare for it. We help families protect legacies, navigate loss, and manage high-stakes details when clarity matters most.

Behind every seamless client experience and well-run legal practice is someone like you: organized, reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure. We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant who thrives on keeping things running smoothly, supporting attorneys and staff, and being the steady backbone of a sophisticated Estate and Probate practice. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, communication, and follow-through — and who wants to grow with a nationally recognized firm where their contributions truly matter.

We want to read about you and why you want to join our firm. Please submit a cover letter. We will not contact you if we do not receive one.

At DM Cantor, We Offer

Compensation and Benefits

From $65,000/year or more, depending on experience.
  • Time off: 30 paid days off annually, including 10 holidays, 15 vacation days, and five personal/sick days.
  • Loyalty vacation program:
Earn one additional day each year (for five years), and milestone bonuses on major anniversaries.
  • Medical Insurance: DM Cantor covers 50% of the base plan in your first year and 100% after.

  • Meal and social events:
Breakfast monthly, family-style lunches bi-weekly, quarterly happy hours, firm outings, and other gatherings throughout the year. Families and children’s attendance are encouraged.

Work Environment:
Our team works full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our prestigious downtown office provides panoramic views of the Phoenix skyline from our penthouse suite and multiple floors in the Two Renaissance Tower Downtown, where employees enjoy snacks, drinks, lounges, and nearby dining.

Mentorship: DM Cantor Estate and Probate Practice invests in mentorship and strategy sessions to make you a better administrative assistant, not a busier one. Our team receives consistent mentorship in a collaborative environment. We offer opportunities for growth and expansion.
