Cases are prepared as if they are going to trial—because many of them do.
Our Partner is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Trial Paralegal with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on trial experience in Arizona courts who can operate at a high level from day one.
The Ideal Candidate Will- Have recent, proven trial experience (jury or bench) in Arizona
- This role is for a true trial paralegal, not someone “trial-adjacent.”
- Be deeply familiar with Maricopa County and Arizona Superior Court procedures
- Be confident running litigation files independently
- Be calm, precise, and unshakeable under trial pressure
- Take pride in clean files, accurate pleadings, and airtight trial prep
- Experience in Arizona is needed - Additional experience in California, New Mexico, and/or Colorado is preferred
- Provide full lifecycle litigation support from filing through verdict
- Own trial preparation, including:
Exhibit lists, binders, and electronic trial sets, Witness coordination and subpoenas, Trial calendars, deadlines, and logistics, and Jury instructions, verdict forms, and pretrial filings - Draft and manage pleadings, discovery, motions, and disclosures
- Coordinate experts, records, demonstratives, and trial vendors
- Manage high-value, complex personal injury cases (MVA, trucking, premises, catastrophic injury, wrongful death)
- Maintain impeccable digital files and court-ready organization
- Work seamlessly with attorneys, legal operations, and litigation leadership
- Use technology to increase speed, accuracy, and accountability—not slow things down
- Minimum 7 years of personal injury trial paralegal experience
- Recent Arizona trial experience is mandatory
- Strong command of Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure and local rules
- Ability to manage deadlines without reminders
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys in an active litigation environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Absolute reliability and ownership mentality
Technology Proficiency (Required): This role requires advanced comfort with technology. You must be able to learn quickly and operate independently within a modern litigation tech stack.

- Eve Legal (AI-assisted drafting and litigation support)
- Domo (case metrics, reporting, and performance dashboards)
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

- Ring Central (communications)
- Litigation support tools for records, discovery, and trial preparation
