Klinedinst PC is seeking a qualified Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience working in a litigation support role and strong knowledge of the civil litigation process. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in a friendly, growth‑oriented environment and can work both independently and collaboratively with attorneys to prepare cases from inception through trial and appeal.

• Real property recordings and title research
• Reviewing and summarizing fact records
• Drafting timelines and other case documentation
• Organizing factual information for attorneys
• Drafting subpoenas and coordinating the production of records

• Excellent communication and organization abilities
• Strong research skills
• Five or more years of litigation support experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professionalism and commitment to client needs

Pay range: $36.05-$43.27 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on education, experience, and other factors.
