Thompson Law is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist for our Phoenix Office.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Answer incoming calls from existing clients
• Assist lawyers and paralegals in day‑to‑day activities
• Organize mail and scan documents
• Prepare correspondence
• Deliver superior client service over the phone and in person

• Proficient in computer and administrative skills (Microsoft Office products)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other attorneys/paralegals over the phone and in person
• Spanish‑speaking proficiency
• Energetic, outgoing, and collaborative demeanor
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service

• Hourly/Salary competitive for entry‑level to mid‑level experience
