Paralegal - Manager

Description We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Paralegal Manager to lead our pre-litigation team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role requires strong leadership skills to oversee a team of paralegals, manage schedules, and ensure the smooth operation of pre-litigation processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in personal injury law and a commitment to fostering growth within the team.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise a team of 13 paralegals, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.

- Conduct annual performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback.

- Organize and manage team schedules to maintain workflow efficiency.

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members.

- Oversee the preparation and timely submission of demand letters.

- Provide mentorship and training to paralegals, supporting their development.

- Ensure compliance with personal injury pre-litigation procedures and standards.

- Collaborate with leadership to address team needs and implement improvements.

- Maintain effective calendar management and docket scheduling for case tracking. Requirements - Proven experience in personal injury pre-litigation processes.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent leadership qualities and team management experience.

- Familiarity with calendar management and docket scheduling systems.

- Ability to draft and oversee demand letters.

- Bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory.

- Exceptional communication and mentoring abilities.

- Good tenure and a detail-oriented approach to workplace responsibilities.
