Overview
I am working with a high-end plaintiff's firm seeking a litigation associate with 0-3 years of experience to join its practice. State and federal law clerks are invited to apply. The firm is also open to hiring laterals from defense litigation or other plaintiffs practices.
The candidate will receive immediate writing experience, court experience (if desired), and deposition experience. Bonuses at this firm are generous. Over time, the bonuses at this firm will rival those given in biglaw. Practice areas at the firm include Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Product Liability, Pharmaceutical Litigation, Sexual Abuse Litigation, and Nursing Home Abuse.
Details- Base Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 per year DOE
- Annual Discretionary Bonus (very generous bonuses)
- Billable Requirement: None. The firm does not bill hours
