About the PracticeOur Bankruptcy & Restructuring group represents debtors, official committees, acquirers, and significant creditors in both out-of-court workouts and in-court proceedings throughout the nation. In addition, the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group represents clients in bankruptcy litigation matters involving fraudulent and preferential transfers.
Qualifications- Excellent academic credentials
- 2-5 years of commercial bankruptcy experience at a national law firm
- Bankruptcy clerkship experience preferred
