Dickinson Wright is seeking a Junior Level Patent Litigation Associate for our Southeast Michigan;
Reno, Nevada;
Austin, Texas;
Denver, Colorado; and Silicon Valley offices

. Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of patent litigation experience, and an engineering degree (preferably in mechanical, electrical, materials or aerospace engineering). USPTO registration is a plus, but not required.

Candidates must have strong legal writing skills and must be willing to travel for court appearances and depositions. Candidates must also be proactive, with a strong business and entrepreneurial sense and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships and must have strong analytical, problem‑solving, and issue resolution skills. Candidates must also have the ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $240,000. Please note that a variety of factors determine compensation, including geographic location, experience, relevant degrees and certifications, and other applicable factors authorized by law. This position also qualifies for an annual merit‑based bonus.
