Real Estate Lawyer - Construction, Planning and Development

We are currently seeking Construction Attorneys to work with some of the world’s largest companies across multiple industries.

• Advising construction companies on construction development / transactional issues
• Working with and advising corporate clients directly regarding construction matters
• Drafting and negotiating construction documents, including AIA contracts and FIDIC contracts
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders

• 7+ years of experience as a construction lawyer, with a focus on construction law, contract negotiation, and project development
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, real estate law, zoning regulations, and environmental laws
• Proven experience managing construction-related disputes and litigation
• Complex commercial real estate experience is a plus, including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions and sales
• Experience working independently and cross-functionally and taking on complex projects
• Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $115,000, and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more.
