Corporate and Business Law Associate, 3-5 years

Gammage & Burnham is a Phoenix-based mid‑size firm with a highly regarded corporate and business law group. We seek a multi‑faceted associate attorney to join the Corporate/Business Law practice group. We are experts on a broad range of matters, including business entity formation, M&A, corporate finance and investments, and commercial contracts.

We are looking for an associate with 3–5 years of private practice experience.

• Top academic credentials.
• Ability to manage and coordinate corporate closings, including due diligence.
• Draft formation and organizational documents for business entities.
• Review and revise contracts.
• Draft and negotiate stock and asset purchase agreements.
• Knowledge of the trademark application process, including responding to office actions issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
• Distill and analyze information and communicate effectively with other attorneys and clients.
• Detail‑oriented, able to determine material issues, propose solutions, and manage competing deadlines.
• Can effectively work as part of a team (both on the client's team and with other attorneys) on multiple complex matters simultaneously.
