REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will possess relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience, along with an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. The firm is especially interested in candidates experienced in drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications related to graphics processing units, tensor processing units, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry and actuators. Candidates must demonstrate high academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and excellent writing and communication skills.

JD, active bar admission in the practicing jurisdiction, and USPTO registration are required.
