Key Responsibilities
* Provide visionary leadership for the entire IT division, setting strategic direction, objectives, and priorities
* Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering their growth and development
* Oversee IT operations, including infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, software development, and support services
* Develop and execute the IT strategy, ensuring that technology investments align with business needs
* Collaborate with executive leadership to drive technology innovation and digital transformation initiatives
* Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT systems and infrastructure
YOU MUST HAVE
* 8+ years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, including 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity.
* Proven track record of managing large IT teams and budgets.
* Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
WE VALUE
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Industry certifications, such as CISSP, CIO, or ITIL.
* Experience in driving digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
* Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
* Strong project and vendor management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to align IT strategies with business objectives.
