Our mission is to deliver innovative, home‑based, post‑acute solutions through proprietary technology and proven processes. We partner with health plans to provide a comprehensive suite of products and services designed to manage the total cost of care. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Systems & Security Administrator with strong experience in Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, and security operations to join our IT team.

This role combines system administration, cloud engineering, and hands‑on security responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining secure, reliable IT systems while proactively identifying and mitigating security risks across our environment.

• Provide Tier 2 and 3 IT support for on‑premises and cloud‑based systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive, etc.) ensuring performance, availability, and security.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Azure resources including virtual machines, storage accounts, networking, and related services.
• Manage and support additional cloud systems including SFTP, claims processing platforms, and infrastructure applications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to diagnose and resolve system, cloud, and application‑related issues.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily operational tasks and project work.
• Support IT and cloud projects including migrations, upgrades, patching, and deployments.
• Monitor system and application health, taking proactive steps to prevent outages and service degradation.

• Partner closely with the Senior Security and Systems Administrator to implement, remediate, and maintain security controls across systems and cloud environments.
• Assist with security incident response, investigations, and remediation efforts.
• Support identity and access management (IAM), including user provisioning, role‑based access, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Assist with vulnerability management, security patching, and configuration hardening.
• Support compliance initiatives by helping maintain secure configurations and documentation.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining security tools and solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and other platforms.
• Help enforce security best practices for endpoints, cloud services, and infrastructure.

• Knowledgeable with security principles such as least privilege, defense in depth, and zero trust.
• Experience with Vulnerability Management and Incident Response.
• Experience with identity and access management, including MFA and conditional access.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services (Compute, Storage, Networking).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive).
• Experience with SFTP connectivity and management, including PKI and certificate management.
• Basic scripting knowledge (Power Shell, Bash, etc.) is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration or engineering, with exposure to cloud and security‑focused responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• CompTIA Security+ (strongly preferred)
• CompTIA Network+
• Microsoft Azure Certifications (AZ‑900, AZ‑104, etc.)
