Software Engineer (Lead Service Now SPM Developer)

This opportunity is with a leading enterprise financial services organization supporting large-scale technology initiatives. The team is seeking a Lead Service Now SPM Developer for a 12-month contract to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform in a highly scalable enterprise environment.

Contract Duration: 12 Months

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 4–6 years of Service Now development experience with specific SPM experience
• 3+ years of Service Now experience building, implementing, and maintaining platform technologies, workflows, and integrations
• 1–2 years of experience in a lead capacity
• Lead Service Now SPM Developer experience
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) – required or must obtain within 6 months of starting
• Experience coding Service Now solutions within an Agile framework

• Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide technology initiatives
• Experience developing engineering standards and best practices
• Strong collaboration skills with senior technical experts and architecture teams
• Ability to evaluate complex, multi-faceted technical challenges and drive strategic solutions
