We’re seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Business Technology Advisor to serve as a trusted advisor to our retail clients. In this role, you’ll partner with executive leaders to align technology with business goals, strengthen client relationships, and identify opportunities for growth.

This is a high-impact position working closely with retail decision-makers and internal technical teams to ensure clients receive proactive, forward-thinking IT guidance and exceptional service.

• Build and maintain consultative relationships with retail clients
• Engage C-level leaders to understand business objectives and technology needs
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and present strategic technology roadmaps
• Identify risks and recommend solutions aligned with retail IT best practices
• Develop proposals and guide opportunities through the sales process
• Identify growth opportunities, including managed services and cybersecurity
• Serve as the primary point of contact and client advocate

• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or business analyst support within retail technology
• 3+ years of consulting and/or C-level interaction in retail environments
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong technical aptitude and business acumen
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills
• Strong organizational, documentation, and proposal-writing abilities
• High attention to detail and superior verbal/written communication skills
• Managed services and cybersecurity sales experience a plus
• Retail IT certifications a plus
