The Procurement Analyst will lead procurement activities for complex IT initiatives, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and RFP/RFQ management. This role combines procurement strategy, IT project coordination, and financial analysis to support large-scale technology acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic sourcing and vendor selection for complex IT initiatives including Cloud, SaaS, and Data Center services
- Manage RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes for high-value technology procurements
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors
- Conduct market research and financial analysis including TCO and ROI evaluations
- Coordinate procurement timelines with technical project teams and stakeholders
- Experience with IT procurement, software licensing, and asset lifecycle management
- Strong background in contract negotiations and vendor management
- Ability to develop and manage complex RFP/RFQ documentation
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS ecosystems
- Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills
