What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Develop, update, and maintain eLearning courses using approved authoring tools
- Apply established templates, design standards, and style guidelines to course content
- Format course content, assessments, and interactions based on provided materials
- Perform routine content updates and maintenance as business processes change
- Assist with learning application setup and course configuration
- 0–2 years of experience in eLearning, digital content creation, or a related field
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Rise 360, Storyline, Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Basic knowledge of instructional design or adult learning principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Exposure to corporate or operational education environments
- Basic multimedia, layout, or visual design experience
- Experience implementing content based on provided outlines or SME input
- Interest in growing into an Instructional Designer or Learning Application Designer role
