About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) will be an integral member of the Marketing team, reporting to the VP Marketing. The PMM will work closely with the Product and Engineering teams in support Nautilus’ expanding Eco Core product line, which will include in-row units, facility-scale CDUs, and advanced cooling infrastructure. The PMM will support product positioning, digital collateral development, storytelling, competitor analysis, and market education.

This role is ideal for a technically curious marketer who can translate engineering concepts into clear, compelling messages and support go-to-market efforts across content, sales enablement, and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Product Messaging & Positioning

  • Support development of product messaging, value propositions, and buyer personas.
  • Translate technical features of Eco Core cooling systems into clear, compelling benefits.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across marketing, sales, and partner materials.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new product releases.
  • Build and maintain product collateral, including:
    Product briefs and solution sheets, Sales decks, Competitive one-pagers, FAQs and technical positioning summaries
  • Align with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure GTM readiness.

Content Development

  • Create high-quality, product-focused content that educates and differentiates Nautilus, including:
    Blogs, Webinars & Podcasts, Explainer videos (scripts/storyboards),Use cases and customer stories, Technical guides and product updates.
  • Partner with SMEs and engineers to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Competitive & Market Research

  • Monitor and analyze competitor offerings
  • Track market trends across AI cooling, data center design, and liquid cooling adoption.
  • Maintain internal competitive battle cards and updates for the sales team.

Sales Enablement

  • Support Sales with tools and content that clearly communicate Nautilus’s differentiation.
  • Assist in developing training materials, product walkthroughs, and talking points.
  • Ensure Sales has accurate, updated product materials at all times.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand roadmap details, product capabilities, and upcoming releases.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, PR, demand gen, and events.
  • Coordinate with SMEs to collect insights and validate technical content.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product marketing or technical marketing experience in B2B technology, ideally data center, cooling, AI/HPC, or hardware industries.
  • Strong ability to translate technical details into clear buyer-facing messaging.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills across formats (blogs, briefs, decks, scripts).
  • Experience supporting product launches and GTM planning.
  • Familiarity with competitive analysis and market research.
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers, SMEs, sales teams, and leadership.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
