Pay Rate:
$38–$42/hour
Schedule:Monday, Wednesday, Friday + either Tuesday or Thursday
Onsite roleThis is a hands‑on role supporting end‑users and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day IT operations. Ideal for a strong Tier 2 technician who enjoys working independently, solving complex issues, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide second‑level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical problems from Level 1 support
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other IT assets
- Perform Zscaler troubleshooting and connectivity support
- Assist with IT asset deployment, refreshes, and lifecycle management
- Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Provide end‑user guidance and technical training as needed
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure timely issue resolution
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives
- 2–3+ years of experience in deskside or desktop support
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)
- Experience troubleshooting enterprise hardware and software issues
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, IP configuration, connectivity troubleshooting)
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications, or similar credentials are a plus
