IT Procurement Specialist

Overview

Acara Solutions is looking for an IT Procurement Specialist for one of our clients in Phoenix, AZ.

• Pay rate: $35.00 per hour
• Position will be specifically an IT procurement specialist
• Experienced IT procurement specialist with IT RFP end to end experience, IT contract redlining of legal terms and conditions, and IT contract negotiations experience for software, software as a service, platform as a service, IT hardware, IT services, and all other types of IT contracts
• Due to technology and access required for this role we can only accept US Citizens
• Contractor will be working Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm
• Role will be hybrid - primarily remote with onsite once a month for required meetings
  • Additional days may be required to work onsite as needed
• One year contract

Required Skills /

Qualifications:

• The four-year Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or other job-related discipline from an accredited college or university plus two (2) years experience in IT procurement positions. In lieu of bachelor's degree, six (6) years of significant, closely related IT materials/IT services/supply chain experience required.
• Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or
  
  Qualifications:
  • Exposure to strategic IT supply chain management.
  • Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication, IT supplier and IT contract negotiation and interpersonal skills.
