- Build, monitor, and maintain automated data pipelines that support reporting needs
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools using SQL Server, Python, Excel, and Power BI
- Write and validate SQL queries, create tables, and design data structures for analytics
- Conduct rigorous quality control testing on datasets and reporting products
- Collaborate with multiple business units to translate analytical findings into actionable insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in SQL for writing queries and performing data extraction
- Proficiency in Python for analytical and automation tasks
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VBA macros
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or a related field
- Experience with Databricks, Power BI, and/or other visualization platforms
- Familiarity with GIS tools
- Experience supporting financial valuation or real estate-related analytics
- Experience in developing or maintaining automated data pipelines
