Role DescriptionFirst Line Road Solutions is seeking a creative, data-driven Web Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our in-house team. In this role, you’ll serve as the steward of our digital brand, owning the look, feel, and performance of our online presence—from high-converting landing pages and website experiences to compelling social and marketing assets.
You’ll work at the intersection of design, development, and marketing strategy, translating business goals into engaging digital experiences that drive growth, consistency, and user engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Web Design & CMS Management:
Design, build, and maintain responsive web pages and CMS templates (Word Press, Square Space, etc.), ensuring high performance, security, and mobile responsiveness. - Digital Asset Creation:
Produce visually compelling graphics for multi-channel campaigns, including social media (Instagram, Linked In), email marketing etc. - Google My Business and Google Ad Ownership:
Manage, and maintain all GMB listings, and Google Ad campaigns - SEO Strategy:
Implement on-page SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, keyword placement, and metadata management. - Brand Consistency:
Maintain and update brand style guides, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all digital and print touchpoints. - Performance Analysis:
Monitor web traffic and campaign health using Google Analytics, providing regular reports and data-backed design recommendations.
- Experience:
2–4 years of professional experience in web design and digital marketing. - Technical Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI principles, responsive web design, and successful marketing campaigns.
- Design Tools:proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Coding
Skills:
Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 - Marketing Platforms:
Experience with email tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and managing social media content calendars
