JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Sr Business System Analyst – Order to Cash at Honeywell, you will collaborate with and support IT project managers, working as part of the project management office to deliver projects that meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
You will report directly to our Director of IT and work out of our Phoenix, Arizona or Charlotte, North Carolina location. The first 90 days will be onsite before transitioning to a hybrid, 3/2 schedule.
This role supports the standardization, optimization, and automation of Order to Cash (O2C) processes—including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit, and Accounts Receivable—as part of a multi‑year SAP S/4
HANA transformation within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring the successful execution of our technology initiatives. By supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, you will help us achieve our long‑term goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop technological solutions.
- Support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
- Support global process standardization and harmonization across regions and business units to enable scalable, repeatable operations.
- 3+ years of experience working in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or HR functions.
- Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Domain knowledge and business process expertise in large diversified multinational companies.
- Experience with MS Office (especially advanced Excel), MS Project, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Python.
- Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Travel Required: up to 10 % (may increase as needed).
