A technology service provider is seeking a Help Desk Technical Support staff member to provide first level technical support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and diagnosing user equipment issues, maintaining logs, and generating work orders. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with preferred associates degree in computer science and customer service experience in a Help Desk environment.

This position is onsite only, Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 2 PM.
