Salesforce Architect CRM m​/f​/d

As a Salesforce Architect CRM, you will be responsible for the technical integration of our sales platforms into our group-wide IT architecture. Initially, your work will focus on the CRM environment. With the integration of our new, central Salesforce platform, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest cloud-based technologies and play a key role in shaping one of our central tools for customer interaction.

• You will actively help shape our CRM processes by designing the IT platforms optimally and ensuring their seamless integration into the existing system landscape.
• In addition, you will define Salesforce architecture and governance standards for an international CRM platform,
  coordinate closely with various stakeholders, and support the implementation of these standards
  .
• You will contribute your technical expertise to the identification, prioritization, and consolidation of new requirements and ensure clear technical translation.
• You will assume architectural responsibility for the use of AI-supported functions in the CRM environment, such as Salesforce Agentforce.
• You will evaluate new Salesforce technologies
  —including AI, data, and automation functions—and introduce them into our system landscape in a targeted manner.
• You will work closely with the CRM service owner and the development teams to ensure a scalable, consistent, and future-proof architecture.

• You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• In addition, you have more than five years of professional experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or IT Architect in Salesforce.
• In addition to knowledge and experience in cloud, API, event, and data architectures
  , you have experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake.
• You are able to confidently assess business requirements and translate them into sustainable, scalable architecture decisions
  .
• You have good knowledge and practical experience in interface programming
  .
• Very good German and English round off your profile.
