IT System Administrator

Master Electronics is looking for a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to support and improve our internal systems. You’ll be a key partner to our teams, helping keep systems secure, reliable, and scalable.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 Annual Salary

• Administer and support Active Directory
• Support AWS environments in partnership with Cloud Ops
• Use Ninja One for endpoint management, monitoring, patching, and remote support
• Manage and maintain Windows Server services
• Manage and maintain Linux servers
• Own and improve backup + disaster recovery practices
• Support Microsoft 365 / Entra administration and secure integration with internal directory services
• Use AWS Systems Manager (SSM) for inventory, automation, and centralized server management
• Build and maintain automation/scripts to reduce manual work and improve reliability
• Collaborate across teams on operational improvements and best practices
• Supporting secure configurations, patching, identity/access controls, and documentation
• Participating in security reviews, remediation, and continuous improvement efforts
• Helping ensure systems and processes meet compliance and cybersecurity standards

• 5+ years of progressive IT systems administration experience
• Windows Server + Linux administration in production environments
• Active Directory administration (GPOs, user/group management)
• AWS exposure and cloud operations support
• Endpoint management experience (Ninja One preferred)
