Master Electronics is looking for a hands-on IT Systems Administrator to support and improve our internal systems. You’ll be a key partner to our teams, helping keep systems secure, reliable, and scalable.
Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 Annual Salary
What you will do- Administer and support Active Directory
- Support AWS environments in partnership with Cloud Ops
- Use Ninja One for endpoint management, monitoring, patching, and remote support
- Manage and maintain Windows Server services
- Manage and maintain Linux servers
- Own and improve backup + disaster recovery practices
- Support Microsoft 365 / Entra administration and secure integration with internal directory services
- Use AWS Systems Manager (SSM) for inventory, automation, and centralized server management
- Build and maintain automation/scripts to reduce manual work and improve reliability
- Collaborate across teams on operational improvements and best practices
- Supporting secure configurations, patching, identity/access controls, and documentation
- Participating in security reviews, remediation, and continuous improvement efforts
- Helping ensure systems and processes meet compliance and cybersecurity standards
- 5+ years of progressive IT systems administration experience
- Windows Server + Linux administration in production environments
- Active Directory administration (GPOs, user/group management)
- AWS exposure and cloud operations support
- Endpoint management experience (Ninja One preferred)
