* Job Description:

* The Network/System Administrator will provide tier 3 support to other server and network administrators responsible for the installation and management of our software. Typical installations include Windows Server 2018 and above, Ubuntu or Debian servers, and/or VPS or cloud solutions. (Azure, AWS, etc.) Support is handled via RDP, attended/unattended remote access, and via phone and email ticketing. In this position, you will also have the opportunity to work independently on individual tasks and as a team member to contribute to our company goals: building the best software and delivering the best support in our marketplace.

* Skills that Set You Apart:
* * Network management: 3 years

* Microsoft Windows Server 2018+: 3 years

* Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL: 3 years

* IIS, Nginx, Apache, etc.: 3 years

* Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes): 3 years

* Technical support: 3 years

* MSSQL and MySQL (or derivatives): 3 years

* Qualifications:

* * Detailed understanding of email servers (Microsoft Exchange, Postfix, Dovecot, etc.)

* Knowledge of troubleshooting tools such as perfmon and Wireshark

* Strong server administration knowledge (Windows Server and Linux)

* Knowledge of mail server protocols and security (IMAP, SMTP, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, etc.)

* Knowledge of Windows and Linux web servers and DNS

* Understanding of routers and firewalls

* Ability to work in a rapidly changing and growing organization
