Senior Financial Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst in Phoenix, AZ (onsite 4 days/week (local candidates only)).

Overview:
The client is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support and maintain enterprise financial systems, with a strong emphasis on Oracle. This team is currently heavily engaged in completing a critical Order-to-Cash (OTC) project and is in need of additional support due to bandwidth constraints. The role will focus on system configuration, financial data integrity, and supporting business processes across finance and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and support systems responsible for financial data

* Serve as a key contributor to the Order-to-Cash (OTC) project

* Configure and support Oracle financial systems

* Partner with finance and IT stakeholders to support ongoing operations and enhancements

* Troubleshoot issues, support implementations, and ensure system accuracy and stability

* Support a small team environment (currently two team members)

REQUIREMENTS:

* Strong experience with Oracle Financials (configuration required)

* Background supporting or implementing financial systems

* Experience on the Systems Integrator (SI) side is highly preferred

* End-user knowledge and experience with financial systems

* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment

* Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

* Prior involvement in Oracle implementations

* Experience supporting OTC processes

* Comfort working onsite with business partners

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
