Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Product Manager for a Contract job with a client in Phoenix, AZ (Onsite). The ideal candidate will have deep experience in personalization strategy, customer data insights, AI/ML‑driven recommendation systems, experimentation frameworks, and cross‑functional product leadership.

Pay Range: $37/hr – $47/hr

• Define and execute the product roadmap for personalization initiatives.
• Design customer segmentation and targeting strategies using behavioral, transactional, and contextual data.
• Partner with Data Science to build ML‑driven recommendations and adaptive user experiences.
• Drive A/B and multivariate testing to optimize engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Craft compelling product narratives for internal stakeholders, sales teams, and executives.
• Translate AI/ML capabilities (recommendation engines, dynamic content, segmentation) into clear business value stories.
• Develop outcome‑based PRDs and product briefs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Sales to deliver unified product outcomes.
• Align technical execution with customer experience goals.

• 5–10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience building personalization features, including recommendation engines, dynamic content, segmentation logic, or behavioral triggers.
• Strong understanding of analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data interpretation.
• Excellent storytelling and executive‑level presentation skills.
• Experience working directly with Data Science and Machine Learning teams.
• Strong business acumen and a customer‑centric product mindset.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $47.00 per hour
