Rate: $45/hr. on w2 or $50/hr. on C2C
Analyst – Technical Writer
The Analyst (Technical Writer) is responsible for producing, maintaining, and improving technical documentation that supports developers, users, and stakeholders. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and accuracy across customer‑facing, internal, and architectural documentation, working closely with engineering leadership.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including:
- Architecture overviews
- API and integration guides
- User and customer‑facing documentation
- Internal engineering and operational guides Translate complex technical concepts into clear, consumable content Partner with engineers to document designs, ADRs, and workflows Ensure documentation aligns with governance and compliance standards Review and edit documentation produced by engineering teams Maintain documentation repositories and versioning practices
