Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce / Service Now / OpenAI)
Location:
Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid, weekly 2 days to office)
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. This role will act as a key liaison between IT and business units, translating functional needs into technical requirements and ensuring successful implementation across platforms such as Salesforce, Service Now, and OpenAI-based solutions

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience with modern enterprise technologies, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business units to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams
- Serve as liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Support system configuration and testing (objects, workflows, validation rules, reports)
- Assist in managing projects, enhancements, and releases to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain process flows, data maps, and documentation
- Conduct user training and support change management initiatives
- Stay current with platform capabilities and recommend best practices
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst
- At least 2+ years of hands‑on experience with modern enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Service Now, or OpenAI solutions
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a collaborative environment
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe)
- Experience using JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar project tracking tools
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration
- Service Now platform experience
- Experience working with AI‑driven solutions such as OpenAI integrations
