VP, PRISM Product Manager

• Lead the delivery of new capabilities, enhancements, and features across Credit AMTF Train while supporting Collections as needed
• Manage priorities and stakeholder input from various teams to support cross‑team changes
• Facilitate PI Planning sessions to prioritize AMTF capabilities and communicate commitment changes to leadership
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on impacts and dependencies related to project execution
• Address roadblocks and ensure teams are on schedule for committed changes

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer/commercial credit management or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with credit decisioning platforms and Decision Engines
• At least 3 years of experience as an Agile Product Owner/Manager or similar role
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required

• 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry in areas such as Technology, Operations, or Credit infrastructure
• Experience operating at a strategic level within cross‑functional teams
• Familiarity with consumer and commercial lending products and practices
• 2+ years of experience with SAS, SQL, or Python programming
• Advanced degree with a focus on analytics
