The System Administrator supports an organization's server infrastructure and reviews, monitors and supports servers, virtual hosts, storage, backups and network infrastructure/connectivity to maintain network integrity, reliability and stability. The System Administrator deploys, configures and maintains software, servers, assists in network planning, support and coordination of data communications and security; administers the virtual host environment, network servers, O/S's, domain controllers, SSO, M365 and integration with other cloud platforms (SaaS, IaaS), Entra & support.
The System Administrator assists with helpdesk responsibilities supporting end users and equipment.

- Manages Active Directory, Entra Entra .
- Manages Hypervisor, Hosts, Network Data storage servers.
- Manages Infrastructure Data Replication, Backups, Restorations and Disaster Recovery.
- Manages Entra Enterprise Applications and Single-Sign-On Integrations.
- Manages Entra l Access Policy and MFA.
- Support email security, EDR, MDR/XDR connectivity.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Designs, Reviews, Installs and Integrates networking hardware/software.
- Make recommendations, design solutions, review costs for future infrastructure upgrades.
- Assign/configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services.
- Maintain integrity of the infrastructure, server deployment, upgrades, patches and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analysis and resolution.
- Support and administer third-party applications.
- Administer AD, OU's, Group Policies, Domain Controllers, setup user profiles and permissions, folder shares and permissions.
- Help support multiple Divisional offices, both in state/out of state.
- Assist with Helpdesk responsibilities as needed and elevated ticket issues.

- Hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
- This is a full-time position.
- Must be able to travel to any and all field up to 25% to offices and jobsites without exception (including staying away from home if necessary).
- There are no supervisory responsibilities for this position.
Education and Work Experience
- BS in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
- Five (5) plus year's industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in System Administration role required; network management best practices and controls.
- Operates successfully and independently in a fast-paced, high-intensity work environment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Customer/employee support focused.
- Entra knowledge & experience in networking/systems preferred.
