Overview
Azbil North America Inc., a growing distribution and manufacturing company, has an immediate opening for an IT Manager with the potential to develop into the role of Director of IT.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the entire Information Technology department and ensure the company’s technology meets its goals and objectives efficiently and reliably.
- Work closely with senior leadership, users, and the technology team to determine the best ways to meet the company’s technology needs.
- Lead the Steering Team responsible for continuous improvement of systems, software, and related processes, including hands‑on development and expansion of Acumatica, Salesforce, CPQ, SharePoint, and AI systems that enhance competitive advantage.
- Support the planning and execution of future technology, ERP, and reporting initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently with the Japan team located in Japan.
- Experience managing IT operations in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining high integrity.
- Background with enterprise systems such as Acumatica, Salesforce, CPQ, SharePoint; experience with AI system integration is a plus.
- Japanese language proficiency is optimal but not required.
