About VeroVero Finance Technologies is a fintech building modern infrastructure for wholesale, floorplan, and asset-based finance. Our VeroOS platform and Lending-as-a-Service solutions help lenders digitize the full loan lifecycle, from onboarding through servicing and risk monitoring.
We partner with banks, captives, and specialty finance companies to modernize wholesale and floorplan programs without replacing core systems.
The RoleYou will be a hands-on Technical Implementation Manager owning end-to-end SaaS and LaaS implementations on VeroOS. You’ll manage multiple projects, translate lender requirements into practical solutions, coordinate integrations, drive testing/UAT, and ensure smooth go-lives.
This role sits between clients, product, engineering, and operations and is key to scaling our implementation pipeline.
What You’ll Do- Lead multiple implementation projects from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
- Run requirements/discovery sessions and translate business needs into functional and technical specs.
- Configure client environments (sandbox, UAT, production), including products, workflows, rules, and data mappings.
- Coordinate API and file-based integrations with client systems (LOS/LMS, core, GL, data warehouse, third parties).
- Define test plans and cases, support QA, guide client UAT, and manage issue triage to closure.
- Run project routines (kickoffs, status, risk/issue reviews) and keep all stakeholders aligned.
- Maintain clear, concise project documentation and timelines.
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for client implementation teams.
- Provide post-go-live support and feedback into product and implementation playbooks.
- 4–8 years in implementation management, technical project management, or business systems analysis in SaaS, fintech, or financial services.
- Experience in lending, asset finance, or floorplan/wholesale finance strongly preferred.
- Ability to read API specs, understand data models, and use tools like SQL for validation.
- Proven success managing multiple concurrent client projects and stakeholders.
- Strong communicator, comfortable with both technical teams and business users.
- Experience with UAT leadership, writing requirements/user stories, and managing tickets (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Familiarity with platforms like Datascan, Solifi, IDS/SFP-W, Compass or similar is a plus.
- Comfortable in a startup/growth environment where processes are evolving.
- Background in wholesale/floorplan operations, inventory-based collateral, or portfolio/risk monitoring.
- Consulting or vendor-side delivery experience for banks or auto/asset finance lenders.
- Exposure to SaaS deployment practices, testing frameworks, or Dev Ops tools.
