We are seeking a Senior SAP Solution Architect with deep, hands‑on expertise in S/4

HANA PP, MM, and EWM to lead complex manufacturing and logistics initiatives for a global automotive client.

This role requires a true architect mindset
—someone who can independently own solution design, guide execution end‑to‑end, and act as a trusted advisor to both business and IT leadership. The ideal candidate has extensive experience translating manufacturing and logistics requirements into scalable, integrated SAP solutions and leading teams through full delivery life cycles.

• Lead end‑to‑end solution design across S/4
  
  HANA PP, MM, and EWM
  , aligned with automotive manufacturing and logistics needs.
• Define enterprise‑level solution architecture
  , integration touchpoints, and design standards across SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, converting operational needs into robust SAP solutions.

• Independently lead SAP initiatives from blueprinting and fit‑gap analysis through go‑live and hypercare
  .
• Drive workshops, requirement‑gathering sessions, and design approvals with senior business leaders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and Engineering teams.

• Provide expert‑level solution design and guidance in:
• SAP PP / PP‑DS – production planning, MRP, capacity planning, shop‑floor execution
• SAP MM – procurement, inventory management, material master, valuation
• SAP EWM – inbound/outbound processing, warehouse layout, slotting, staging, integration with production
• Design and deploy solutions for new production lines, warehouse expansions, logistics flows, and continuous process optimization
  .
• Ensure end‑to‑end integration between PP, MM, EWM, and upstream/downstream systems.

• Mentor and guide junior and mid‑level consultants on design, configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
• Establish best practices, architecture principles, and documentation standards
  .
• Support internal capability building and long‑term SAP roadmap planning.

• Present solution options, trade‑offs, and risks clearly to leadership and business stakeholders.
• Communicate complex SAP concepts in a business‑friendly, outcome‑oriented manner
  .
• Act as a strategic partner aligned with business and operational goals.

• 12–15+ years of SAP experience
  , with deep expertise in S/4
  
  HANA PP, MM, and EWM
  .
• Proven experience independently leading SAP manufacturing and logistics projects
  .
• Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes
  , including production lines, sequencing, JIT/JIS, and warehouse operations.
• Hands‑on experience across solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post‑go‑live support
  .
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across end‑to‑end SAP scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Experience with PP‑DS heuristics
  , MES / MII / MEINT, or supply chain optimization tools.
• Exposure to integrations with TM, QM, PLM
  , or external manufacturing systems.
• Automotive domain experience strongly preferred.
• SAP certifications in PP, MM, or EWM
  .
