We are looking for a highly experienced Mainframe Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience to support and enhance enterprise mainframe systems. This role requires strong expertise in JCL, Fiserv PEP+, z/OS, and DB2, along with the ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for mainframe technologies.

• Design, develop, test, and support mainframe applications and infrastructure solutions.
• Create, modify, and maintain JCL for batch processing and system jobs.
• Provide hands-on support for Fiserv PEP+ environments.
• Work with z/OS and DB2 for application development, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Act as a Mainframe SME, providing technical guidance and best practices.
• Support platform engineering initiatives and mainframe modernization efforts.
• Participate in capacity planning, performance monitoring, and system optimization.
• Manage software changes, releases, and contingency planning.
• Assist with mainframe application migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
• Evaluate vendor solutions and support build-versus-buy decisions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and system standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

• 7+ years of experience in mainframe development and engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with JCL.
• Experience working with Fiserv PEP+.
• Solid knowledge of z/OS and DB2.
• Expertise in mainframe operating systems and hardware.
• Experience with software change management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise mainframe systems.
• Exposure to mainframe modernization or migration projects.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
