Job Description

As a Director, IT here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the technology strategy for our Aerospace organization. You will lead a team of skilled IT professionals and work closely with various departments to ensure that our technology infrastructure supports our business objectives and enhances operational efficiency. You will report directly to our Chief Information Officer and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall effectiveness of our IT systems, driving innovation and ensuring that our technology solutions align with the strategic goals of the Aerospace business unit.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the IT team to develop and implement technology strategies that support business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
  • 8 years of experience in IT management or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in IT project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and enterprise software solutions.
