Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Management Specialist to join our team  this pivotal role, you will lead a team dedicated to shaping the strategic direction and ensuring the successful execution of our technology initiatives. Your leadership will empower your team to excel, fostering their professional growth and development. By overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our long‑term goals.

You will report directly to our Sr. Director, IT and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Note:

For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M‑F.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT project managers, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering their professional growth.
  • Collaborate closely with senior executives and cross‑functional teams to define and execute IT project strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring they drive innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high‑performing team.
  • Experience in ERP – SAP ECC / S4.
  • Proven success in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or similar.
  • Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives.
  • Strong project portfolio management skills.
  • A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices.
