Emparion is a growing financial services company building polished, enterprise-grade internal and client-facing applications for professionals with complex needs. We’re a small team with a big focus on security, scalability, and modern AI-driven workflows. We move fast, experiment often, and care deeply about building things the right way.

We’re looking for a Vibecoder / Systems Builder to help us design, build, and iterate on internal and enterprise applications using AI-first tools like Lovable and modern large language tools.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is:

• Comfortable working with AI, not just talking about it
• Creative, curious, and free-thinking
• Excited to help shape how an entire company uses technology

• Build and iterate on internal and client-facing tools using AI-assisted development platforms (e.g., Lovable)
• Craft, test, and refine AI prompts for real enterprise use cases
• Help support all technical needs across the company (apps, workflows, automations, tooling)
• Collaborate directly with leadership on rapid prototypes and new ideas
• Assist with security-minded architecture, access controls, and data handling
• Think creatively about how AI can replace or enhance traditional software workflows

• Strong experience using AI tools and prompt engineering
• Hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, and/or Claude (preferred)
• Cybersecurity awareness or experience is highly valued (SOC-minded thinking, secure data handling, access control concepts)
• Coding experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable learning quickly and operating with minimal hand-holding
• Creative, independent thinker who enjoys experimenting
• College degree not required, but a plus

• Experience with No-code / low-code tools
• Automation platforms (Zapier, APIs, integrations)
• Internal tools or enterprise systems
• Personal or side projects involving AI or system building

This role will have access to client financial data and internal systems, so a strong sense of responsibility, security awareness, and discretion are essential.
