The Role
We’re looking for a User Acceptance Testing Analyst to own the final validation step before production releases. You’ll translate business requirements into test plans, execute manual and exploratory testing, and clearly document results. This is not a rote QA role — it’s a disciplined validation function ensuring that what we deliver is what was actually requested.
Key Responsibilities- Test Planning & Execution — Review user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for clarity and completeness.
- Test case development — Develop and execute UAT test cases, scripts, and data sets.
- Coordination — Coordinate UAT cycles with business users and development teams.
- Issue management — Track, triage, and verify issues through resolution.
- Documentation & Communication — Maintain accurate UAT documentation and sign-off reports.
- Defect reporting — Provide clear defect reports with reproducible steps and impact analysis.
- Stakeholder communication — Communicate UAT progress, risks, and readiness clearly to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement — Recommend enhancements to testing processes and environments.
- Collaboration — Collaborate with QA and development to strengthen validation coverage.
- Retrospectives — Participate in retrospectives to improve test design and feedback loops.
- 2–5 years of UAT, software QA, or business systems testing experience.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, or similar test-tracking tools.
- Ability to create detailed, reproducible test documentation.
- Experience validating financial, data-driven, or workflow-heavy applications preferred.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working directly with both business stakeholders and developers.

This is a primarily onsite position with genuine flexibility. Core collaboration hours are 10 AM–3 PM; manage your own schedule around that.
