Our client, a technology company that focuses on developing self-service hardware and software solutions for the world's leading airports, is actively hiring a Field Support Technician to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. This role will be onsite, but average from 15-22 hours a week and require on-call weekends.
This is a 1-year W2 contract!
Responsibilities- Perform on-site repairs and maintenance of their systems including kiosks
- Provide immediate technical support and troubleshooting for deployed systems
- Collaborate with Level 3 support teams in Canada and Atlanta
- Deliver training to customers when required
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
- 2-3 years of hands-on hardware support experience
- Strong understanding of PC networking and protocols
